Matt Taggart is a hardworking young associate attorney at a prestigious Washington, D.C. litigation firm. He is married with a one-year-old daughter. The perfect summertime read… well, actually, the perfect anytime read. I teared and cheered as I made my way through this intriguing and suspenseful novel. Warning: just when you think the storyline is wrapped up, Scott magically takes you on another gripping ride. I can’t wait for the sequel because the last page – the last sentence – left me wanting more. Great job!
